Cancellation Policy and Scheduling

 
We ask that first time patients and clients arrive at the office 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete necessary paperwork. Existing patients and clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled treatment time to check in. 
 
If  you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give us a 24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. 
 

                    All cancellations or No-Shows with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50.  A subsequent  cancellation/no-show will result in a treatment forfeit.  This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.

                  For appointments that are scheduled for 60+ minutes, without a 24 hour cancellation notice, the cancellation fee is $75.
